Link Your Account
You will follow a 4-step wizard to link your GCP account. Click on Link Cloud Provider to get started.
Link your account
Onehouse allows you to link your GCP account using Terraform.
Terraform
Provide configurations
Provide the following details of the GCP project:
- GCP Project ID
- VPC Name
- Private subnet name
- Subnet range names for GKE Pods
- Subnet range names for GKE Services
Install Terraform stack
🚧
To install Terraform stack, you will need administrator-like privileges as the script generates IAM roles and attaches policies.
You should see a screen like below:
- Download the GCP Terraform stack here: https://cloud.onehouse.ai/download/terraform-stacks/gcp.
- The instructions on how to run the Terraform stack using the information provided on the above screen is in the README.md file from the downloaded stack.
Review Credential Management configurations.
🚧
Do not manually update the number of nodes in your Kubernetes cluster. Onehouse will automate this for you. Modifying the stack may prevent Onehouse from functioning properly.
Provide Service Account Key
After you run the Terraform scripts, a service account key file is generated locally. Please upload this file.
Provision Agent
The Onehouse data plane stack creation will start automatically. Once finished, the wizard will close and you will see 1 row in the Connections > Cloud Accounts page.
🚧
This step will take up to ~20 mins to finish depending on how long GCP takes to create the Kubernetes clusters. If it fails, please reach out for support.
You can safely retry this flow from the beginning.
