Account Creation

Create your Onehouse account and connect it to your AWS environment to get started with your data platform.

Prerequisites​

Before creating your account, ensure you have:

  • AWS Account: Active AWS account with administrative permissions
  • Organization Details: Your organization name and domain
  • Email Access: Access to the email address you'll use for authentication

Account Creation​

Step 1: Sign Up​

  1. Navigate to https://cloud.onehouse.ai/signup
  2. Provide your organization domain
  3. Choose your preferred authentication method

Step 2: Choose Authentication Method​

Onehouse supports three authentication options:

Google Authentication​

  • Best for: Organizations using Google Workspace
  • Requirements: Google account with access to your organization's domain
  • Benefits: Single sign-on integration with existing Google services

Microsoft Authentication​

  • Best for: Organizations using Microsoft 365/Azure AD
  • Requirements: Microsoft account with Azure AD connection
  • Benefits: Seamless integration with Microsoft ecosystem

Email Authentication​

  • Best for: Organizations preferring native authentication
  • Requirements: Valid email address
  • Benefits: Simple setup with email-based verification

Next Steps​

Once your account is created:

  1. Verify Email: Check your email for account verification
  2. Complete Profile: Add any additional organization details
  3. Connect AWS: Link your AWS account for deployment
  4. Configure Access: Set up team permissions and access controls

Troubleshooting​

Common Issues​

Authentication Failed

  • Verify your credentials are correct
  • Check if your organization has SSO restrictions
    • If your SSO integrates with Google or Microsoft Auth, Onehouse will also leverage your SSO to authenticate
  • Contact your IT administrator for domain access

Email Not Received

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Verify email address is correct
  • Wait 5-10 minutes for delivery

Organization Setup

  • Ensure organization name matches your company
  • Contact support if you need to change organization details
