Account Setup

Create your Onehouse account before setting up your dataplane. This step is the same regardless of which cloud platform you deploy on.

Create Your Account​

  1. Navigate to https://cloud.onehouse.ai/signup
  2. Provide your organization domain
  3. Choose your preferred authentication method

Authentication Methods​

Google Authentication​

  • Best for: Organizations using Google Workspace
  • Requirements: Google account with access to your organization's domain

Microsoft Authentication​

  • Best for: Organizations using Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
  • Requirements: Microsoft account with Azure AD connection

Email Authentication​

  • Best for: Organizations preferring native authentication
  • Requirements: Valid email address

Troubleshooting​

Authentication Failed

  • Verify your credentials are correct
  • Check if your organization has SSO restrictions — if your SSO integrates with Google or Microsoft, Onehouse will leverage your SSO to authenticate
  • Contact your IT administrator for domain access

Email Not Received

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Verify the email address is correct
  • Wait 5–10 minutes for delivery
