oh skill and oh install agent-skill

The CLI ships an agent skill: a guide that teaches AI coding assistants how to use every oh command. See AI agent integration for what it covers.

oh skill `[DOCUMENT]`

Prints the bundled skill. With no argument, it prints SKILL.md. oh-skill is the same command.

Flag	Required	Description
`--path`	No	Print the on-disk path of the bundled skill and exit.
`--list`	No	List the bundled documents.

oh skill
oh skill --list

Installs the skill for one or more coding agents. Re-run it after pip install --upgrade onehouse-cli to refresh the installed copy.

The command deletes the existing target first, then installs the skill.

`--cursor`	No	Install for Cursor (`~/.cursor/skills`).
`--codex`	No	Install for OpenAI Codex CLI (`~/.agents/skills`).
`--all`	No	Install for every supported platform.
`--dry-run`	No	Print what would be written without writing it.
